Ravinder Safaya, founder director, has over 23 years of experience working with youth in many capacities, such as Duke of Edinburgh's Award Leader, Youth Group Coordinator, Leadership Advisor, Scouts Leader, Venturer Advisor. He is also a founder director of the registered charity, Steps Together Foundation, engaged in the promotion of youth's self-learning and education.  He recently obtained Master Student Advisor Leader certification from Canadian Student Leadership Association, and is a member of BC Association of Student Activity Advisor. Ravinder is a self-employed international Trade professional for over 34 years of experience. He holds Canada’s Trade Accelerator Program certification and has also completed CSLA’s Leadership Advisor Development and Certification Program. He is also a recipient of Community Champion 2020 Award from Member of Parliament Ron McKinnon, Coquitlam-Port Coquitlam.
