Jinyu Chen
SECRETARY-GENERAL
As a junior at Dr. Charles Best Secondary, Jinyu is honoured to serve as the Secretary-General of the third iteration of YLSBC MUN 2025. He vividly remembers his very first MUN in 10th grade, CAIMUN 2024, where he thoroughly enjoyed the experience of debating at 2 in the morning, as well as spending nights with his friends under the Vancouver skyline. From that point on, he has understood the adrenaline of writing directives, passing notes and most importantly, shouting superlatives. In Jinyu’s off time, he enjoys making goofy video edits of his friends, sleeping, reading, and also beating the tar out of his friends in sparring. Jinyu is eager to see everyone at YLSBC MUN 2025, and is confident that it will be the most lit iteration in the history of iterations!

Cole Roguski
DIRECTOR GENERAL
Working his way through his third year at Dr. Charles Best Secondary, Cole is eager to serve as the Director-General of the third iteration of YLSBC MUN. He has been passionate about MUN since his first ever conference in 10th grade. Working alongside like-minded individuals to create solutions to worldwide crises has always sparked his interest. Whether it's creating a counter-counter task-force in WHO, or becoming a ghost in a historical British Parliament, he has always found fun. In Cole’s off time, he can be seen grinding Hearts of Iron 4, beating the tar out of his friends in sparring, going to church, and rotting in bed. Cole is excited for this iteration of YLSBC MUN and knows that it will be great fun and the best iteration yet.

Brett Lama
USG OF DELEGATE AFFAIRS
In his third year at Point Grey Secondary, Brett is excited to serve as the Under-Secretary-General of Delegate Affairs for YLSBC MUN 2025. With over a decade of soccer experience, he understands the value of strategy, teamwork, and adaptability—skills that help him both on the field and in the fast-paced world of MUN. Beyond MUN, Brett has his sights set on a future in the medical field (or, as he casually puts it, "some science-y doctor stuff"). No matter where life takes him, he’s excited to make an impact—both through the connections he builds and the experiences he helps create. As USG of Delegate Affairs, he is committed to ensuring every delegate has a smooth, engaging, and unforgettable experience at YLSBC MUN 2025.
